Operation HELP provides emergency 
financial assistance for rent, utilities and car repairs. You must be a resident of St. Croix County and have some form of income (including part-time employment, SSDI, workers compensation). If you are homeless, car repairs may be allowed if you are living in St. Croix County and have some income. Assistance is available once in a twelve month period and three times in total.
