Effective January 28th, New Richmond Utilities will have a new online account management tool.   You will need to create a new online account beginning January 28th to continue receiving ebills, viewing statements, or paying utility bills online.  Look for MY ACCOUNT in the upper right corner of our site beginning January 28th.
