Meter reading
The friendly, knowledgeable meter reader at New Richmond Utilities reads residential meters once a month at many homes around the community. We will not read your meter on the weekends or holidays.

Billing dates
New Richmond Utilities issues bills in two cycles. Cycle two is mailed out on the 15th with a due date of the 1st and cycle one is mailed on the 31st with a due date of the 15th.

The bill shows the current amount and date due. A delinquent penalty will be assessed on the 5th day after your due date if your bill remains unpaid.
